The Distillery at Greylock WORKS is made up of Ryan Max Riley, Emily Vasiliauskas, and Joan Gaskins.

A true rum artisan trained at some of the best distilleries in the world, our Master Distiller, Ryan, makes our gins and rums by hand with exceptional and uncompromising care. Drawing on his experience as a skier on the U.S. Ski Team for many years and growing up in the mountains of Colorado, he forages many of the botanicals used in Forager Gin in the mountains of the Berkshires, and he designs our rums not only for summer cocktails but for classic winter ones as well, the creamy, warm ones with flavors such as cinnamon, nutmeg, and gingerbread you'd want while sitting by a crackling fire.

Emily is a professor at Williams College (don't let her age fool you) and answers the really tough questions for us, whether she has chalk in hand, ski poles, or cocktail.

Joan, trained at some of the best distilleries in the world as well, is an outstanding chef and a wizard with rum and gin ingredients and infusions. Part Irish, she has an incredible ability to dance a jig—that's how we know when we've nailed a new recipe.
